Why donate to us?
Choosing where to donate in Exeter? Here's our pitch: we're a small not-for-profit CIC run for the community, not a national chain. Your donations go straight onto our shelves at prices local families can actually afford, and craft materials that would otherwise go to landfill get a second life. You can watch your stuff being loved again a week later. Drop-offs are easy too: free on-site parking, seven days a week, and someone at the door to help you unload.
Dropping off
8-space car park on site. If you're dropping off donations and it's full, you can reverse up to the roller doors and park in the central drive temporarily. Please drop donations off at the door to the side of the main desk. Just knock and someone will open the door to check donations with you.
We are next to The Climbing Hangar, in the same compound as Devon Car Sales — look for the double red roller doors.

Donation questions
Do you collect donations from home?
Not at the moment — we're a small team. But drop-off is genuinely easy: free parking right outside, seven days a week, and you can pull up to the roller doors to unload.
Can I donate furniture?
Sadly no — we don't have the floor space. Several Exeter charities do accept furniture donations, so it's worth checking with them directly.
Where can I donate baby and children's clothes in Exeter?
Right here — kids' clothes and accessories (ages 0–14) are one of our biggest departments. Clean and wearable is all we ask.
What about books?
Yes to children's books — they fly off our shelves. We can't take adult books.
What happens to my donations?
They're checked at the door, priced low, and put straight out in the shop. We don't sell donated items online for profit and we don't allow resellers — everything stays in the community.
